 Chicken Pot Pie Egg Roll Recipe

Recipe Ingredients:

  • 8-ounce bag frozen mixed chopped vegetables

  • 10 3/4-ounce can cream of chicken soup

  • 1/2 cup milk

  • 1 cup shredded cooked chicken

  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt

  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

  • 1 package Chinese egg roll wrappers

  • Oil for deep frying

Directions:

Stir together the soup and milk together in a large pot; add the remaining ingredients. Remove and let drain, you want filling to absorb the gravy.
